Entry into Jerusalem: This piece was inspired by a black and white photo in an art history book. It was painted as an assignment for a college art history class in junior college.

The Path: On the paper script above the arch: "There is a path which no foul I knoweth and which no vultures eye hath not seen" (A passage from the bible).

Apple Superficiality: I named this oil painting "Apple Superficiality" because an art teacher remarked, "The apples look superficial".

Maple Leaves: I sold this to a beauty salon owner in Marin County. This happens to be one of my favorite pieces. It was inspired by a National Geographic cover.

Valley Gathering: This piece I created for a juried show in the Napa Valley entitled "Napa Valley Painters Paint the Napa Valley". I competed amongst the Valley's art teachers, and gallery owners and received "Best of Show". The only image I have of it is from a newspaper clipping from the Napa Register... so it's a little on the yellow side.
